What are ways other drivers alert you of nearby speed traps/cops in your area/country?

In southern/central Vietnam, when you flash your high beams at the driver on the other side, they will often reply by pointing down (alerting you that there are cops near by) or waving ( signifying that their aren't any cops). via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uGhdSQ
