What are some "problems" with cars that aren't that bad to fix but make people sell for a lot less then they are worth?

As someone who always trying to get a good deal there's always cars out there that are dirt cheap in pretty much good shape that have problems with them. What are some instances where you bought a car for cheap with a known problem and were able to fix it turning it into a steal of a price? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2sHHOP2
