Need some help about Importing a car made in 03 from USA to Canada

I'm planing on buying an 03 Lancer Evo from the states and I've called the border both US and Canadian a bunch of times. I'm almost getting mixed reviews from people who have bought cars or modded cars in the states and have brought them back to Canada.On the sites and on the phone it tells me that modded cars are inadmissible and will be turned away at the border. People are telling me they've brought heavily modded cars back without a problem because border guards probably won't know what it looks like from factory unless you drive behind or in front of a stock one.http://ift.tt/2tGVqv0 are some pictures of the car. It won't be as flashy when I buy it as I told him to keep the wheels, wing, and front bumper. It will come with a stock front bumper and stock wheels. It doesn't look too noticeably modded. I could also put the stock front fenders back on and take off the rear diffuser.Are there any problems I should be worrying about? Or will I be fine?
