What are the odds of getting a flat from driving into a thorn bush?

so, long story short, i drove my front tires into a thorn bush, before reversing out of there. and it is now 7 or so hours after the fact. i think i can feel very minor changes in the driving(I just went to the store) but i feel like that is more paranoia than anything. would they be noticeably flat by now? is there any way to tell other than taking them off and submerging them in water? and most importantly, what do you think the odds are that driving into and reversing out of a thorn bush = popped tire(s)? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uA69qc
