Someone spilled something acidic on my right back door that dissolved my lacquer, can it be fixed for less than 200?

Hi there, recently I came back to my car and realised someone had damaged my paint. It looks like there's glue on the door but someone told me my lacquer has dissolved somehow. It looks like this.I went to a car repair shop and they told me it'd be 600 to repaint both doors.
