Need help figuring out a few concepts for a project car

I am close to finishing my Firebird and I have been thinking of another project. Its basically a sleeper hatchback, here are a few areas ii need help on the car is a 78 Datsun B210.Converting to 4 wheel drive. Would it be difficult to source the parts from a junkyard and transform this to a 4 wheel drive car? Something for rallycross. I am no stranger to fabrication so i can try and make it work. Ive listened to several tuners and they have been able to adapt 4 wheel drive cars to send more power to one side or the other. Good for if you want to drift or rallycross. Such as 2% front power 80% back so you can spin the tires loose.Engine swap: I plan to immediately swap the engine, what is a good 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder that is capable of handling boost? 500-600 hp goal.the frame will be redone to help build rigidity and it will be used to race only.
