Why don't car jacks have rubber feet?

I was helping my brother switch his tires on his mustang late at night and the heavy ass steel jack we were using was so loud, so we thought, why don't they manufacture jacks with rubber wheels that grip more and are quiet? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uHJ8T5
