I am taking my first trip to Europe (Ireland/England) in september and I am looking into renting cars. Most of the cars have manual transmission (no problem for me) and the ones with automatic transmissions cost double.Now this raises a question for me, why is the norm you drive manual in Europe and South America (+ others) and automatic in the US. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tjG0fW
