Is something like this doable for someone who hasn't worked on a car before?

Background I might soon be in a situation where I need a car, and have been casually looking around for something in case that happens. I really love the look of the 2011+ dodge chargers, but am also on a budget so I thought I'd look for something I could teach myself to fix up a little and kill two birds with one stone (getting the car I'd like, and learning more about doing my own car maintenance)So I found this car ( http://ift.tt/2szMlqw ) which needs a lot of interior work, but am wondering if this is something that would be doable for someone with out experience but who's willing to put in a lot of time in effort. For those who don't want to bother with the link: essentially the car needs to be redone on the inside, but comes with all the stuff to do that, seats, carpets, front and back consoles, etc. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uj1Mkk
