Just bougt a Buick 1996 Park Avenue sedan that has been sitting up for a while.

Air conditioner on full blast feels like air conditioner is on one bar. Also only blows barely when I put the air conditioner blower on floor or through the top ventilation. Even then feels like it's blowing on one bar and takes awhile to get cold even then isn't really that cold at all. What could it be? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tOCjkZ
