importance of matching side skirts with front splitter

I have a 2017 Subaru STI and I'm ordering some exterior mods. I have a carbon fiber front splitter in mind and aluminum side skirts. My question is does anybody think it will look weird with the two different materials? I just don't feel like spending $500+ on carbon side skirts. Thanks via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uKnHAR
