I'm looking at a 2006 Scion tC, I need help with price negotiating..

Automatic, 93k miles, GREAT condition, white, brakes are a little squeaky (need new pads?), one window up/down button doesn't work, and it will (would) be my first car.Dealership is asking 5900 for it. Not bad. After all the fees and shit they add on it's 7500. A little ridiculous.I offered them 6900 and they declined my offer and told me that prices are non negotiable. I was baffled. They let me walk away because of a $600 difference. They told me the car has been sitting for 2 weeks now and another lady told me the car's price would drop if it sits for 21 days. I was in the dealership 5 days ago...It's nice. It really feels like "my" car. I want it badly. Not willing to spend 7500 on it though. 6900 is a little overpriced for it but I'm willing because I enjoyed the car so much.Should I call back and ask if they have reconsidered my offer, or does that make me seem too desperate to buy the car? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tQFqZC
