So I was driving minding my own business when this guy opened the door to his car and hit my car (he was parked). My car took the most damage (a scratched mirror and a dented uniside). Now I know is not that bad but it's a new car for me and I really want a new part, I don't want them to just bend it back up. So I want to know how they decide what the course of action will be and if they say that the'll only pay to repair it is there anything I can do.Thanks for any help. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uLlgNK
