Can't remove rear drum brakes from a 09 ford focus.

I have a loud squek coming from thw brakes on ny 2009 ford focus SE. I took off the tires and the 30mm bolt behind the dust cap and everything. The drum should just slide off, but it won't. I've watched a million videos and I've beat on em with a mallot for two days. Nothing. Wont move more than a 1/4 inch.I'm in Michigan so they're rusty as hell too.Also, I can't figure out how to adjust the breaks back in. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uaREKd
