Hi I'm not sure if this the right place to post this and if it's not please let me know where I should.a friend has 2001 Chevy cavalier and the shifter is really stiff and getting worse. She has severe pain in her hands which makes it super difficult to depress the shifter button. I tried to do a search if the shifter can be changed out to one that would be easier but was unable to find anything. Can it be changed to something easier or fix it to make it easier.
