I'm looking at a car, and there's suspicion of changing the odometer.

So I test drove a 2013 135i, and I thought it was fine. Although, my Dad suspected that the guy reset the digital odometer in the car, and that the car had more miles. The price of the car is $22,500 btw.The seller told me he's selling it for his mechanic, and it shows 34k miles on the car.The mechanic did all the maintanance himself, and supposedly did an oil change every 4k instead of 8k.He listed the amount of times he's changed the oil on plastic inside the hood, and 5-7 times it was written.I've seen a 2012 135i with 37k for $24k, and it's a bit skeptical.Any advice?
