Help with wiring a dashcam to a cigarette lighter plug

I bought a dashcam that has these wires coming out of it. Initially I wanted to wire it to the fuse box via a fuse tap but I failed at that.Now I'd like to try to wire it to a cigarette lighter plug, but not sure how.This is how the cigarette lighter plug looks like when open. Is it possible to wire the dashcam to this? If so what wires go where, what do I do with the ground wire from the dashcam? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tm2j6Y
