I'm looking to buy a used, privately sold auto transmission 2012 Ford Fiesta with 75k miles on it. I am well aware of the issues Ford has had in 2011 and 2012 (my family owned a 2012 Focus) with the automatic transmission. I test drove the vehicle and I could feel no sign of the transmission acting strange and I trust the seller when he says there have been no problems with it.I know lots of people have had problems with 2011/2012 Fords early in their mileage, but I am curious if anyone has had problems beginning to come up after 60k miles.
