Does anyone know why new Focus ST's are being sold at discount right now?

I've been looking into getting a new car. The MSRP on the focus st new is about $25k but there is a 2017 near me on sale for $20k. It says ford is offering $4k off. I can't seem to find anything online of why they are cheaper. Does anyone know how long this discount will last or why they are offering it?
