Would anyone be interested in a paint correction + ceramic coating how to by a beginner and for beginners?

I love the job my detailer has done on my previous cars in both his skills with paint correction and also applying ceramic coating....but as time goes by his price has risen from $150 with a basic sealant, to $275 w/ ceramic coating, to now $600 to fall more in line with the industry that commonly charges over $800 per car.This increase in price has lead me to try to do everything myself on my own car, a 2014 corvette.
