White fabric in tire area?

White fabric protruding from tire area. What is it? When I went to my car this morning, there was a white fabric coming out from the area where the tire is and the front bumper in that area was also out of place. I know nothing about cars, so it worried me. I didn't hit anything recently and my car wasn't like this yesterday. The only thing that happened recently was a 4 hour drive I did yesterday.
