This car has all the signs of a bad battery right?

Hi so I was browsing CL and I came upon a 2000 coupe for cheap that doesnt run. From the post and talking with the owner the issues are "Ran fine 1 day died next day, "getting gas but wont start". Had new started + fuel pump installed. This 2 me sounds like it just needs a new battery/jump to get it started right?
