Is this rod knock or maybe piston slap? 04 Acura TL

I bought a high mileage 04 acura tl in january, it had 161.5K when I bought it, and I brought my mechanic who said everything checked out when I bought it but it's old with higher mileage so watch out for timing belt/water pump and the 5 speed auto transmissions are made of glass too.Around 168K I noticed a knock on a cold start that was pretty damn loud, sounds like a diesel, but as the engine gets warmer, the noise goes away significantly. To the point where I have to actively listen for it to hear it. I got a pretty decent deal on the car so I figured I'd just drive it till it died and drop a new engine in or rebuild it.Well 4500 miles later, it's sitting at 172.5k miles and it is still knocking as it has since march, but from what I've read online about rod knock, chances are you can drive on it for a short time but not 4500 miles short time.I talked to my mechanic and he said that it may be piston slap but he's out of town for another week so he's unable to look at it until then. Here's a video of the noise: https://youtu.be/uh0WD7_4b-sThis is on a warmish startup, I drove it home from work which is about 4 miles away and then let it sit for ~15 minutes. Thanks!edit: I know there's some ticking going on too, pretty sure that's a valve adjustment, but behind the ticking there is a knocking via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2sWilAI
