I bought a fully loaded 2017 AWD SXT with 2 miles on it when I got it. I loved driving this for the first 7,500 miles. It was so smooth and powerful, compared to what else I have owned in the past.About that time, the radio went out. The guy at the repair shop said it happens all the time and that we, the customers, are the beta testers for Dodge. I really couldn't believe what I was hearing here. How unfair it was to be a beta tester for an about $40,000 dollar purchase. The radios Bluetooth functionality went out and I was unable to pair my phone. It took over a month for them to get a radio in.Shortly after, the radio again had to be replaced for a similar issue.Shortly after getting the car back, and I am not saying these two things are related, but the shifting between 1st and 2nd and 2nd and 3rd caused a large jerk. It happened when down shifting as well.About this time, I started to play with the features of the radio some more. I found out that the voice recognition wasn't working when I attempted to call someone using the call button on the steering wheel. This time, they kept the car and gave me a crap Chrysler 200. I am 6'6. I do not fit well in one of those... So they kept the car, as I stated, and come to find out that Dodge has release a new version of it, so when I was told it was coming when I called in to check on it, it had in all reality never shipped in the first place because they stopped producing the old one.I got it back and only a week after having it, it presented with the issue of the rear camera would stay on even when in drive and when the car was off. Then yesterday, it just restarted out of the blue. Today, I started the car and it the Chrysler version of the radio came on. I had no XM radio, audio did not work on either Bluetooth or radio, the backup cam was no longer functional, etc. The radio is pretty much bricked, atm.I have already created another case with their online support, but I really do not want to continue going through this. The car has been in the shop now five-six times for the radio and one time for the transmission. Am I screwed here? Will Dodge ever figure out these Radio issues? Does anyone else have them? Am I now qualified for the Lemon Law? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tCtdYc
