I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla and want to make my wheels look nicer

I feel my wheels look too small. It's the base model (15" steel) so I was thinking new black hubcaps but the wheels will still look small bi maybe they'll help. Maybe I should get alloys put on? It's my first car and I really like how the alloys look on the A model with 16" alloys.What would be a good frugal cost for four used rims and four tires for basic all Season driving?Or would.
