How to switch out tires in,an insurance lot?

Hi Mom needs help so not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes. Brand new tires on a car that was totaled by the insurance company. Tires fine. Mother wants to move them to her car which uses the same tires and needs new ones. Have to go to the lot. Don't know the best way to switch out those four tires. Cannot bring in a tow truck driver to lift the cars to do it. Does anybody have any suggestions? I have never changed a flat tire in my 60 years of driving.
