How much would it cost for damages?

Got into a car accident with a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Side-impact collision in a residential area so we weren't going too fast, no one was injured. I'd like to avoid going through insurance so I told the owner I would rather pay the balance of the repair. Any ideas on how much it would cost?
