How much should I fix my Jeep before trading it in?

I just moved to a large city so my beloved 03 Wrangler doesn't make much sense anymore. It was recently in the middle of a 4 car pileup and needs a new front and rear bumper as well as a tire carrier. It will cost me ~250-300 to replace all these parts. Is it worth replacing them before I trade in? I worry that a dealership is going to use the damage as leverage on trade in value and if I can stand to gain another ~1k from $300 in repairs it seems worthwhile.
