Hire Purchasing a car with 2 partials on the MOT. Is that an issue?

Hi.I've seen a car I like and I am going to test drive it on Monday. It's a Renault Captur 2014 Diesel. I couldn't test drive it today because some reason the dealer (chain dealer, not independent) didn't have the keys (apparently they were at another garage?). I put down a fully refundable £100 reserve deposit so they don't sell the car until I either walk away or sign up. I've ran the plate to check its MOT history. Failed one a year ago because of a wiper not being efficient enough... that's ok as it was fixed. However, two partials remained. The front offside tyre is getting close to the legal limit, and the front offside brake is wearing thin. Since these were partials/advisory's I'm not sure if the dealer has had these corrected. Should these two be a deal breaker? My finance deal is £162 p/m over 4 years with a 2 year warranty when the 8 month warranty still on the car runs out.Brakes are cheap enough and easy enough to replace... just not sure I should be having to do it within the first 4-6 months of having the car.Cheers. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uw0a5Y
