So, got my car back after an alignment (my dad picked it up and dropped his car off then dropped mine off to me at work) and I noticed something off the second I started it. It was way louder than before (even with a 2.36in catback it sounded quiet compared to this) and with no CEL I assumed it was an exhaust leak, coming from right by the cat. Got home and looked and found the culprit:http://ift.tt/2uXSqtK I'm wondering if there's an easy fix for this that doesn't involve paying for exhaust fabrication. Basically it looks like the bolt sheared right through the hole on the cat. Could I maybe buy a 3 hole flange and just cut it to only hold two of the bolts, then put it on the cat side of the flange and bolt it up with longer bolts? That seems like the easiest way to me. But just curious if anyone else has any better recommendations. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tZvhcW
