So i live in Indiana and I'm planning on buying a 2000 Subaru Impreza rs tomorrow or Wednesday from a dude in Illinois, it has a downpipe, no cat and a bad rod knock sensor my mom is saying I need to pass emissions instantly to get my plates but all my friends said that I can just register it at the bmv and get it plated then I'd have to get it tested at the start of next year via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2txzLaj
