Car battery replacement question

Hey everyone, My car's been having some trouble staring up lately (key clicks once then nothing, takes multiple attempts to start) so I took it to adv. auto parts to get the battery tested. Voltage was fine but the CCA was at 370 instead of 500.The guy who tested it said it would be fine to drive around for a bit and get the battery charged back up, but I'm not sure if that would fix the issue long term.
