Buying a Georgia Car with No Title

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone here has bought a car in Georgia without a title? I am going to call the DMV tomorrow, but wanted to start getting info.The van I am buying is a 1973 so it's old enough to not need a title. However, I live in North Carolina. Am I going to run into any trouble in NC with just a Bill of Sale and a confirmation from the police that it is not stolen? If needed I have a cousin that lives in GA that I could get to sign anything to get a title, but obviously that's just more hoops to jump through.There is some info online here and there, but I can't find a solid answer. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2vVUWSr
