So I just bought a 1979 280ZX approximately a week ago and thought I'd share. It's been repainted and had a crash in the front end but there's no frame damage. Just a couple bumpers are misaligned and the hood doesn't sit perfect but that's easy to fix.http://ift.tt/2t7INL3 first car was a 2003 Chevy suburban and that thing was a tank. Made it through anything and everything and got to 320,000km with the biggest repair being rotors until it was sold to someone to pull a boat to and from shore. Second car was a 2005 Audi allroad with a 4.2L V8. I loved it but the headaches it caused me got to be too much so I decided to sell it and buy a classic Japanese car. It's what I've always wanted and it may need some work but damn is it easy to work on compared to the allroad. The coolant tank can slide right out without any tools and the engine bay has so much room!!The inline 6 L28 gives about 135hp but I can't believe how fast it actually feels with the lightweight shell. The allroad had about 300ish hp but it doesn't feel as fast as this car at all.If you have any questions or recommendations then please let me know! via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2sDpZj8
