22 year old, buying second car?

Hey everyone. I have a 07 cobalt ls 5 speed manual. I'm thinking about making this my first tuner car and learning how to upgrade parts. I'm thinking about buying a cheap automatic as a daily driver/ backup car for around 3k. Is this a good idea? Thoughts? What did you guys do at 22 car wise? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tUNpWD
