Title/Registration help.

Okay so when i was 18 i sold a car and didnt report the sale bc i was dumb and thought they would. 3 months ago i got a parking ticket in the mail for said car and i went to court and fought the ticket and won. Now i have a impound fee in my name because the car was "abandon" from the address on the tow paperwork it looks like from his apartment. Its going to be like 500$ after storage fees. I have no idea who i sold it to and have no paperwork to report the sale now. How fucked am i? Im planning on going to court to fight the fees. So i have to prove i sold it to a judge(again) and hope this one sides with me also. What happens if i have to pay this fee? Do i get the car back? I have no idea what to do. I dont want to pay the fee and i haven't seen this car in 3 years so i dont want it, i just dont want to get stuck paying 500$ for nothing. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2s3YlAo
