Some shitty guys have stolen some stuffs from my dad's workshop

Just a week before Eid and this happens. Even in the so-called Holy Month, where devils are said to be tied and locked, people still do stuffs like this. Don't know if this is luck or not, the thieves only managed run away with 3 wheels as my dad moved the car closely to another car and the last wheel is blocked by that car. Even then, the studs to the wheels are already loosen. Maybe before they managed to get the last wheel, someone passed through the area and they are spooked and just run away. My dad also found out that some studs on other cars on the shop are also loosen. People are shitty indeed.My dad suspects he know who the one that did this. The thief actually know what they run away with and considering how small the Alfa Romeo circle in my country, there are some rotten apples in the circle and my dad knew some of them.This is not the first time this happens and it will not be the last time people come to the shop to steal stuff. A few months ago, one of the side skirt of a car got stolen and the other side skirt on the other side of the car is already hanging. A few years ago, one of the rotten apples that I said above came to my dad's shop and pried open the triangle grill of one of the Alfa when he found out that my dad is not there on the shop. Even the wipers on my car got stolen when my dad just bought the car even though the wipers are not new.Unfortunately, the status of the workshop make it harder to make a permanent solutions to prevent this problem. The workshop have been in the gray area for more than a decade. My dad have all the documents that prevent us from being declared illegal but the state government haven't given us the title for complete ownership of the land. My dad want to torn down and make a new building but he didn't do it yet because he afraid that he might burn his money if the state government suddenly asked everyone to move out while he building it. He already lost a lot of money because of a mistake by the Land Office causing his shop to partially overlap other people's properties, which he had to torn down half of the shop. For now, he intentionally make the shop a mess and dangerous to walk in just to make it harder for the thief to come in and steal stuffs.Sorry this long post, it just I have pent it up for a long time.
