Should I or should I not fix my engine?

I have a sedan 2004, Kia spectra, and I unfortunately got around to my oil change too late I think. My engine has a knock and a mechanic took a look and said it basically going to seize eventually. Overall, this car has barely had any issues, up until now, so I'm not sure if I should just fix the engine, rather then risking buying a shit used vehicle. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2teIwXg
