Should I drive my car during the winter?

I recently purchased a very mint condition Integra GS-R. As we all know these cars are very hard to find in good condition. Many have told me to put it in the garage during the winter and never drive it when there's salt on the road. I have access to a hose during winter time but I know 90s Hondas rust like nobody's business.
