In the 2010-2013 GX 460 my understanding is the the premium and luxury models come with a shocks plus rear airbags instead of springs. I've read in various places that the airbags fail regularly and are super expensive to fix. Can anyone confirm. And what would be the cost to repair and who would you recommend doing the repair? Dealer. Toyota dealer? I like the truck ; it would be good as. my emergency snow vehicle. But there are fewer base models for sale in my area than the premium versions with the airbag.
