My transmission filter sucked through. Any similar experience?

https://ibb.co/iFruTQ I pulled the pan because it wouldn't go into gear. I figured some further diagnosis wouldn't hurt and at $40 for filter and fluid I couldn't lose. I put it back together and still won't move, considering now whether i should rebuild, replace or swap a 5 speed electronic unit in its place. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2t9Loox
