My tires are pretty bald right now... would it be a bad a idea to drive to Vegas in them?

I live in Arizona and to Vegas and back it prolly be about 500 to 600 miles depending on how much I drive when I am there. My front tires are pretty much bald and I was wondering if it be safe to drive them there and back? Any thoughts? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2s72obd
