Looking to buy a 2017 Honda Civic Ex. Need advice.

So I have a price after taxes and all the other fun fees of $27,893 Canadian. I was looking at financing over 7 years at 1.99%. I was wondering if I should wait until July and see what other promotions they have. This month they have save 750 after taxes. Is there a good July Honda sale usually?
