Instant auto dealership, good or bad? (not sure if right subreddit)

Are they sketchy as they seem? I'm in a pickle currently because ex took the car in the divorce, my name still attached to loan so I can't really get another car due to credit limit maxed out. Anyone have experience with a buy here, pay here dealership? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2td2XnF
