If I put a 3d film from those glasses on my liscense plate can it still be read by cams?

I think red light cams are shitty as well those speed cams.If I put some 3d etched glass or film on my license plate will it beat the camera?Or my other idea was just to install some bright IR leds around it.Ah, there are cops here. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tT6154
