I think my 2011 Audi A4 is a lemon...am I screwed?

Back in February I went to a Nissan Infiniti dealership and bought a used 2011 Audi A4. Great condition, clean Carfax, about 48k miles on it.It's been a nightmare ever since. I've gotten a gearbox malfunction 4 times now. I start up the car and it can only be in park or neutral. Starting today, it's been to the shop 4 times for the same exact issue. The first two times they did some software patch. The 3rd time they replaced the transmission control unit and tiptronic control unit. We'll see what the 4th time holds. What are my options now? I've been looking into California Lemon Law (I'm in the Bay Area) but I'm worried I won't qualify. I bought the car "as is", retrospectively a stupid decision but hey it seemed to be fine, and the dealership had signs everywhere saying lemon law does not apply all over their offices. I bought the car with Nissan's Gold extended warranty so it's not under manufacturer warranty.Am I fucksville? What options do I have at this point? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2u5cUkx
