How much should I pay for a 2005 Honda Accord?

I'm interested in buying a 2005 Honda Accord Ex-l that recently looked at. It has 144k miles and looks in pretty good conditions (not pristine, couple of dents and blemishes). The seller told me he won't go less thant $4500 because he knows he can get more for it.
