[Ford Service/CarMax Extended Warranty] Have my car being repaired over night, had to ask a friend to drive me home. Shouldn't they have provided a rental?

Like the title says. Asked the guy if they were going to give me a rental to go home with since they had to keep the car overnight (had to replace some interior parts). He said that since it was only a day, they didn't provide a rental.Is that true? I mean if I didn't have a friend around, and was tech illiterate, how would I get home?The reason I brought up CarMax, was because I thought they provided a rental under warranty. Called them about it, but didn't get a call back.The car is being repaired under the remaining manufacturer warranty, but MaxCare should be applicable as soon as purchase, no?Just wanted to know if I wasted my friend's gas :/ thanks. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2sVngn7
