Damage from driving though water

There is a flash flood and I drove through a massive pile of water. My car made it through but stalled a few seconds after. It started back up and everything seems fine. A Chevy SUV got stuck in it and seemed broken. I know it's stupid but what should I do now? Everything seems fine via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2t33vwv
