Clutch Pedal Makes Creaking Sound When Pressed Down

I have a 2003 Honda Civic LX.When I press in the clutch, there is a click/creaky sound.When I release the clutch pedal, it is quite.The sound comes from somewhere directly near/on the clutch pedal.Is it just a spring that I should lube or something?Thanks! via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2t5dhOx
